Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Every package is a one-time purchase and never renews automatically.
Packages
A Little Magic ($9.99) includes one call. Christmas Countdown ($24.99) includes three calls. North Pole VIP Pass ($79.99) includes 12 calls. Each new call gives up to 7 magical minutes with Santa Claus; calls bought before this change keep their original length. Prices may change; you pay the price shown at checkout.
Season and expiry
Calls can be used until December 25 at 11:59 PM in your account's timezone. Unused calls expire at the end of the season, subject to applicable consumer law.
Using a call
A call is used only once it successfully connects. Calls end automatically at the package time limit.
Supervision
An adult must start and supervise every call. Santa is an AI character and the service is not a substitute for real-world care or advice.
Starting a call
Parents start calls instantly from a child’s North Pole page. There are no bookings or scheduled calls.
Refunds
Contact support for refund requests. Unused calls may be refunded at our discretion and as required by law.
